Sun Yat-Sen University is one of the eminent universities offering MBBS in China. Dr Sun Yat-sen founded the university in 1924 in the Guangdong Province, an area neighbouring Hong Kong. Initially, the university was known as Guangdong University and later it was renamed as Sun Yat-Sen University.
The university has 2 campuses located in Guangzhou and Zhuhai with more than 82,384 students studying in both the universities. Due to its location, the university has become one of the prominent bases for training high-level talents, scientific research, offering services to society and acquiring various cultural traditions.

As declared by the Times Higher Education World University Ranking for 2010-2011, Sun Yat-sen University was in the list of 200 best universities in the world. The University has successfully developed international exchange and cooperative relationships with various world-renowned universities of the world.

Accommodation
