Palacky University

has a long-standing tradition and considered as one of the ancient & Top Medical Universities of Czechia. It was founded in the 16th Century (1573), earlier located in Moravia as the second-oldest University of Czech Republic. According to International Rankings, it ranks among the best Universities of the World.

The Palacky University Library encompasses specialized faculty libraries and the British Centre, specializing in books, textbooks and teaching materials in English and providing English language assessment certificates. The main library situated in the historical building of Armoury offers dozens of thousands of books and other publications in a comfortable study environment.

University has also allocated a Support Centre for Students with Special Needs, Academic Support Centre, Computer Centre, Science and Technology Park.
