MBBS in India vs MBBS ABroad for Indian Students

    Choosing a career in medicine is one of the toughest fields to pursue. Admissions for MBBS in India or MBBS Abroad leave medical aspirants in various stressful situations. The medical universities focus on providing a practical learning experience to improve the students knowledge and skills.     3. Eligibility Criteria

    Entry to the medical universities in India is done on the basis of marks and ranking scored in NEET. While entry to the medical universities Abroad does require NEET Score, however, students only need to clear the entrance examination, no ranking is required. Further, the students must also fulfill the required minimum eligibility criteria to apply for the MBBS program. 

    • The student must have attained the minimum age of 17 years of age at the time of admission.
    • The student must have completed 12th from CBSE or any recognized board/state board
    • The students must have attained atleast 50% marks in subjects including Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

    4. Language

    English is the common language in India as well as in many countries Abroad. Indian students seeking to study medicine either in India or Abroad will not find any language barrier. However, learning both local as well as English language can provide a lot of scope and career growth to the students. 

    5. Recognition

    Foreign Medical Universities offer MBBS Degree that are highly recognized by various Medical Councils of the World. Many medical universities are approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC). The recognitions from these medical councils allow Indian students to practice medicine in any country of the world.
