Yes, Foreign Medical Graduates possessing an MBBS degree from a WDOMS-accredited or NMC-approved medical university/college from Abroad can apply for FMGE. The Foreign Medical Graduates Examination (FMGE) is a license examination administered by India's National Board of Examinations (NBE) twice a year in June and December. It is a required examination for Indian citizens who have received a medical degree from a foreign college or university and wish to practice medicine in India.

Yes, you can practice in India after MBBS from Abroad. In order to be a medical practitioner in India, you will have to register yourself with the State or Indian Medical Council. You will have to qualify the screening test - FMGE which is conducted by the National Board of Examination of India. On clearing the screening test you will be eligible for registration as a doctor and will be allowed to practice at par with all other doctors in the country.
