The National Medical Commission (NMC) has now published the syllabus for the NEET UG 2026 medical entrance examination, bringing much-needed clarity to lakhs of aspirants across India.
The updated NEET 2026 syllabus was released on December 23, 2025, and is now available for viewing and download on the NMC’s official website.
The syllabus outlines all topics to be covered in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology for the NEET UG 2026 question paper. It continues to follow the NCERT Class 11 and 12 curriculum. This confirms that NCERT textbooks and standard coaching materials remain fully relevant for exam preparation.
Along with the NEET 2026 syllabus release, the Undergraduate Medical Education Board (UGMEB) under the NMC issued an official public notice. The board emphasized that the early release is intended to help students plan their preparation in a timely and focused way.

With the syllabus confirmed well in advance, medical aspirants can now prepare with greater clarity and confidence. The National Testing Agency (NTA), which conducts NEET, is expected to announce the examination date and application schedule soon on its official website. Candidates are advised to regularly check official updates to avoid missing key deadlines and preparation milestones.
