The National Testing Agency (NTA) has uploaded the scanned images of the OMR Answer Sheet and Recorded Response for NEET UG 2026 on its website at https://neet.nta.nic.in/.
The NEET UG re-examination was conducted on 21 June 2026 across India and abroad, with over 20 lakh candidates appearing for it.
A scanned image of the OMR Answer Sheet has been sent to the registered email addresses of the candidates provided at the time of NEET UG 2026 registration, for their convenience.
Candidates can make an online response challenge as per the details below:

If the candidates are required to view the details and challenge, they need to visit the website: https://neet.nta.nic.in/. They can log in to the website using their credentials to view their scanned OMR sheets and recorded responses. A Two-Factor Authentication system is implemented, and the candidates will be required to enter a One-Time Password (OTP), which will be sent to their registered mobile number and email address before they gain access.
Candidates must know that the Answer Key Challenge is already done, and no challenge to the answer keys will be entertained.
Candidates can pay through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking by 15 July 2026 (up to 11:00 A.M.). No challenge will be accepted without receipt of the processing fee.
Challenges will not be accepted through any other mode of communication.
