On June 15th, 2023, the Directorate General of Medical Education (DGME) of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare of Bangladesh has re-announced the admission of foreign students aspiring to study medicine in private medical & dental colleges/dental colleges of Bangladesh. Candidates who are looking for the opportunity to study MBBS in Bangladesh and other equivalent courses can now submit an online application from June 15th to June 30th, 2023 only through http://foreignstudents.dgme.gov.bd/login, website www.dgme.gov.bd.
Applicants must have an aggregate GPA of 7.0 (Seven) for private (non-government) medical & dental colleges/dental units with a GPA of 3.5 for Biology in A-level/equivalent exam.
Candidates who wish to apply for MBBS in Bangladesh for the academic year 2023 must submit all the required documents duly attested by the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the time of application. Applicants who are eligible for medical education at the medical colleges in Bangladesh must submit the attested documents to the Bangladesh mission to obtain visa.
