Anwer Khan Modern Medical College (AKMMC) is one of the renowned private medical schools in Bangladesh. The school was established in the year 2008, in Dhanmondi, Dhaka. The University of Dhaka has affiliated Anwer Khan Modern Medical School as a constituent college.
The college offers MBBS program to all international students in the English language. After the completion of the medical program, a one-year internship is mandatory for all the graduate students of the college. The degree awarded by the college is recognized by the Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council and the Medical Council of India. The college is attached to 750-bed Anwer Khan Modern Medical College Hospital. Anwer Khan Modern Medical College Journal is the official journal of the college.
This College has separate hostel accommodation for male and female students. The hostel is within the college campus and it takes only a few minutes to reach the college.
