Students Alert!! NEET (PG) cut off reduced by 6 Percentile.

As per the official notification released on 7th May 2019, Tuesday, the Health Ministry in consultation with the Board of Governors of Medical Council of India (MCI) has decided to reduce the qualifying percentile for NEET PG for 2019-20 academic sessions by 6 percentile.   

According to the notification, students from General category requires the minimum of 44 percentile whereas students of reserved category (SC/ST/OBC) need the minimum of 34 percentile and those who come in the disability category need the minimum of 39 percentile to seek admission in Post Graduate (MD/MS/DNB)  courses for the 2019-20 academic session.

Earlier, the cut-offs were 50, 40 and 45 respectively. This new percentile dropped will benefit thousands of Indian Medical aspirants to pursue their academic dreams and enroll in Top Medical Universities for Master Courses.

As per the official notification, all the states, and Union territories are requested to make the mandatory arrangements for allowing students as per revised qualifying marks in any further rounds of counseling for this year's academic sessions.
