Eligibility Criteria to study MBBS Abroad!!

It is a dream of every Indian student to become a qualified doctor. Since their childhood days parents, teachers, relatives and all the influential people in Indian society persuade them to study either medicine or engineering.

However, over the years the seats in engineering colleges have increased drastically but the situation is not the same as the medical seats.

Let’s have a look over some stats to get a clear picture of studying MBBS in India:

On average, there are about 65,000 MBBS seats available all across India, and every year about 15 lakh students appear for several states and All India level the medical entrance exam. This clearly shows that every year only about 5% of Indian students aspiring to become a doctor are able to fulfill their dream of becoming a qualified doctor.

In India, there are a total of 460 medical colleges which include 225 private institutions and 235 government institutions. The majority of private institutions have a capitation fee of about 20 to 25 lakhs with a yearly tuition fee of 5 to 7 lakhs.

Even if the student secures a seat by clearing the NEET, MBBS will still remain a forbidden fruit majorly for middle-class families mainly because of the private institute’s astronomical fee structure.

Don’t worry as all hope is not lost. All the students who are aspiring to become qualified doctors can now study MBBS Abroad to make their dream come true and that too in a pocket-friendly budget.

Parents and students tend to have their concerns and doubts about studying MBBS Abroad. At present studying MBBS Abroad is much easier and comfortable than ever before.
